提高我国制造业自主创新能力的资源分配模式研究

根据我国大中型制造企业自主创新统计数据，提出了2个研究假设，并以线性多元回归作为工具，对这2个假设进行了验证。依据多元回归方程的拟合结果，建立了测算自主创新最优经费投入的线性规划模型。研究证明了增强对引进技术的消化吸收和提高研究开发人员的人均研究开发经费能够显著提高我国制造业的自主创新能力，最后给出了我国制造业自主创新最优经费投入模式。

Study on Resource Allocation Model for Enhancing Independent Innovation Ability of China's Manufacturing Industry
