| Abstract: | This paper is analyzing teaching and researching in the university by establishing a mathematic model, when researching project and teaching content is tied, incentive measures about researching may heighten teaching and researching; when there is no a good process of evaluating researching achievement , incentive measures may lead to a bad consequence. |
