摘    要:管理类大学生创新能力的培养越来越受到管理教育界的重视,并已成为社会各界讨论的焦点。本文在梳理管理类大学生创新能力培养的现存观点、普遍性认识和学生意见的基础上,从教学方法、教学内容、社会实践、课外科技活动、硬件条件和毕业论文等方面分析了其对学生创新能力培养的影响,并提出了若干假设。针对假设,本文进行了问卷设计和调研,采用结构方程模型对假设进行了验证,为保证实证检验的信度和效度,采取了多种方法的一致性检验,通过实证探索了影响学生创新能力培养的路径和关键因素,以期为管理类大学生创新能力的培养教育提供借鉴。

Abstract:Through carding existing opinions, universal perceptions and suggestions about nurturing the creative abilities of management type college students, this paper analyzes the impacts of teaching methods, teaching contents, social practices, extracurricular activities, hardware requirements and graduation thesis on the creative abilities of college students,and puts forward some hypothesis. Through designing questionnaire and investigating,it validates these hypotheses by SEM. In order to guarantee the reliability and the validity,it takes a variety of ways to check the consistency, and studies empirically the path and the key factors influencing the nurture of creative abilities of college students, which aims to give references for the education of creative' abilities of management type college students.
