中国企业内部创新创业环境量表的建构与验证

首先根据创业环境,对企业内部创新创业环境的测量作探索。针对创新创业环境5个维度设定的量表,通过预调查对量表题项进行筛选;在随后进行的大规模问卷调查的基础上,对原始数据的整理与分析,对量表进行了探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,从信度和效度两个角度对企业内部创新创业环境进行了检验;最后进行了企业内部创新创业环境的效用研究。结果显示,企业内部创新创业环境量表具备良好的信度和效度,并可以采用管理支持、资源支持、报酬支持、组织文化和组织结构五因子分析。企业内部创新创业环境感知各维度对员工内创新创业行为都具有显著的积极影响,心理授权完全中介了企业内部创新创业环境感知各维度对员工内创新创业行为的影响。

The Construction and Verification of the Scale of Internal Innovational Entrepreneurial Environment in Chinese Enterprises

The purpose of this paper is to explore how to integrate the evaluation method of ecosystem cultural service value with landscape architecture planning in urban scale. By introducing and analyzing the concept of ecosystem cultural service, the link between cultural ecosystem service and cultural landscape concepts was explored. Taking the Nanshan Cultural Eco-Park in Zhangzhou as an example, the "heritage value" and "cultural identity" of the site were analyzed and evaluated by the DIVE-analysis method and specific measures were put forward, and the effectiveness of DIVEanalysis method for urban landscape planning and the analysis of historical elements was proved.
