| 摘 要： | 采用中国高技术产业中的17个行业在1995—04年的面板数据，实证研究了中国高技术产业技术创新能力对产业国际竞争力的影响。在高技术产业技术创新能力的衡量上，突破了以往仅从技术创新投入和产出两方面考察的做法，增加了对技术创新环境方面的考虑。结果表明：高技术产业技术创新能力对产业国际竞争力有显著影响；且技术创新投入、产出、环境指标对产业国际竞争力的影响程度不同，其中技术创新产出对产业国际竞争力的影响程度相对最大，其次是技术创新投入，技术创新环境对产业国际竞争力的影响相对最弱。
