濒危世界自然遗产对“三江并流”可持续保护的启示

基于联合国教科文组织世界遗产中心网站公布的1979—2017年监测数据和历年世界遗产大会对濒危世界自然遗产评估决议,分析了濒危世界自然遗产的空间分布和时间演变特征,总结出濒危世界自然遗产“濒危”原因和“脱危”措施以及中国云南三江并流遗产地的主要威胁因素。最后,分析了云南三江并流遗产地主要威胁因素的产生原因,并通过与濒危世界自然遗产“濒危”原因的对比,提出适合云南三江并流遗产地的管理和保护措施,为遗产价值的可持续保护提出了对策。

The Enlightenment of World Natural Heritage in Danger for the Sustainable Conservation of Three Parallel River Site, Yunnan

Using the 1979-2017 monitoring data published on the website of the UNESCO World Heritage Center and the decisions on world natural heritage in danger from the World Heritage Committee, the spatial distribution and temporal evolution of the endangered world natural heritage, as well as the reasons for being "endangered" and "out of danger" were analyzed by induction method. Then, the main threats to the Three Parallel Rivers site were preliminary found. Finally, taking the causes of threats into consideration, the management and protection measures were proposed by the international experience for reference, which is valuable for the sustainable conservation to world natural heritages.
