基于多属性决策方法的区域金融创新能力评价研究——以湖北省为例

基于涵盖经济发展基础、金融业整体发展水平、重点金融行业发展能力和金融创新环境4个维度共14个指标的区域金融创新能力评价指标体系,采用多属性决策方法对2008—2017年湖北省金融创新能力进行纵向分析,同时对2017年全国31个省(市、区)的区域创新能力进行横向比较,为湖北省提升金融创新能力提供参考。研究表明:近十年来湖北省金融创新能力不断提升,整体水平处于全国中上游,但与广东等差距巨大;在中部仅次于河南,仍有一定的提升空间。

Evaluation on Regional Financial Innovation Capability Based on Multi-attribute Decision-making Method:Taking Hubei Province as an Example

Based on the indicator system including 4 aspects with14 indicators, this paper evaluates the regional financial innovation capability by the multi-attribute decision-making method in order to analyze the financial innovation ability of Hubei Province from 2008 to 2017 and 31 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) in 2017. The result shows as follows: in the last ten years, the financial innovation ability of Hubei Province has been continuously improved, but there is a big gap with Guangzhou, lagging behind Henan Province in the middle of China, and there is still a lot of room for improvement.
