| 摘 要： | 本文利用DEA理论与方法，在计算机的支持下，通过理论分析、实证研究和比较分析，提出了基于数据包络分析的区域技术创新能力评价模型和评价指标体系；并利用相关数据，分析研究了我国区域技术创新的现状，并提出了我国各大区域的发展策略。
