核心技术控制力与中国机车车辆业的自主创新:基于跨案例研究方法

旨在探讨中国机车车辆业自主创新的影响因素。运用探索性案例研究方法对国内一家重点机车车辆制造企业进行纵深案例研究,发现核心技术控制力是该企业成功实施自主创新的核心要素。为进一步验证探索性案例研究结论,选择了5家国内机车车辆制造企业实施跨案例研究。通过对所收集的数据进行内容分析,验证了核心技术控制力要素的存在,并构建了核心技术控制力概念模型。

Core Technology Control and Independent Innovation of China’s Locomotive&Rolling Stock Industry:Based on Cross-Case Study Method

This paper aims to investigate the factors of influencing the independent innovation of China’s locomotive & rolling stock industry.Through the deep exploratory case study,it finds that core technology control is a key factor which influences some domestic rolling stock manufacturing enterprise to implement successfully.Then it selects other five cases to verify the above result through the cross case study.Through the concept analysis on the case data,it verifies the existence of core technology control,and builds the conceptual model of core technology control.
