企业经营战略网状思维研究

随着市场经济的发展,企业经营战略的科学化和制度化越来越重要。本文在分析企业在其发展过程中所面临的不同类型问题的基础上,提出了运用网状思维模式来解决综合性问题的方法,从而使企业制定经营战略的过程更加量化和具有可操作性。

Study on Enterprise Operation Network Strategy

With the development of market economy, growing importance is attached to adaptation of a scientific and standard enterprise operation strategy. This paper, on the basis of an analysis of the different problems enterprises experienced in development, presents a network thinking model to tackle the problems of interrelated nature, aiming at turning the designing process of operation strategy into a more quantifiable and reliable process.
