摘    要:国家公园作为中国重点生态功能区,在建设的过程 中面临着人和地2个突出的约束。为了推动国家公园社区和谐 人地关系的实现,以可持续生计为视角,运用系统分析法剖析 国家公园社区人地关系的构成和主要人地矛盾的类型,根据协 同学中的探索图法求解影响国家公园社区人地关系的序参量, 发现人地关系的优化机会,将相关结论运用于武夷山国家公园 社区分析,并提出优化建议。以社区生计为切入点,尝试通过 化解生计困境、提升生计水平来优化人地关系,促进参与协作 式“公园-社区”关系的实现,从而推动中国国家公园管理体 制的建立与完善。

Abstract:As a key ecological functional area in China, the establishment of national park system in China faces two prominent constraints: "human" and "land". In order to promote the realization of the harmonious human-land relationship in the national park community, the article analyzes the composition of human-land relationship and main types of the human-land contradiction in the national park community from the perspective of sustainable livelihoods. According to the order parameters affecting the humanland relationship that solved by the exploratory graph method in synergetic, it finds out the optimization opportunities of the humanland relationship. The optimization suggestions of human-land relationship are offered after the conclusions above are applied to the analysis of Wuyishan National Park community. This article takes community livelihoods as an entry point, tries to resolve the dilemma of livelihoods, improve the level of livelihoods in order to optimize the relationship between human and land, and promote the realization of the participation and collaborative park-community relationship, so as to promote the establishment and improvement of the national park management system of China.
