| 摘 要： | 本文建立了高技术项目投资的非系统性风险评价指标体系。为了使非系统风险评价结果更可靠,提高其与企业实际的贴合程度,提出了由基层执行的企业员工组参与、充分利用专家的知识和智能来确定非系统风险评价指标权重和指标属性值的方法。最后,案例分析的结果表明,该方法有效可行。

| Abstract: | A non-systematic risk evaluation index system on high-teeh project investment is established. In order to make the assessment re suhs more reliable, and to improve the assessment results＇ joint degree with the practice of enterprise, the assessment method based on employee participating is presented,which makes full use of experts＇ knowledge and intelligence. The result of case analysis shows that this method is ef fective and feasible. |
