| 摘 要： | 在以知识经济为核心的新一轮经济浪潮中，越来越多的企业通过技术并购的战略手段来扩大企业规模、进行技术升级和企业转型，从而实现高速增长。通过对浙江省42家科技企业的走访和调查，分析了浙江省科技企业技术并购的基本情况、并购目标选择、并购动因、并购方式和支付方式等，并得出相关结论。

| Abstract: | In the wave of knowledge-based economy,many enterprises take technology M&A (mergers and acquisitions) strategy to expand their enterprise scale,to upgrade technology and to implement enterprise transition for high-speed growth.Through visiting and surveying 42 technology-based enterprises in Zhejiang province,this paper analyzes the basic situation of technology M&A,and researches choice decisions on target enterprises,motivations and reasons of technology M&A and payment methods.Finally,it draws some conclusions and puts forward some suggestions on technology M&A for technology-based enterprises. |
