减少农民数量与增加农民收入的实证分析——以安徽省为例

农民增收已经成为我国三农问题的核心,然而,长期以来,农民收入增长问题一直困扰着我国农村经济的发展。作者认为,适当减少农民是实现农民增收的根本途径。最近几年出现的“民工荒”告诉我们,农民的数量不能盲目的减少,必须在搞清新时期农民的概念和类型的基础上有针对性、有步骤的去减少农民才具有现实意义。本文以安徽省为例,从安徽农村经济的变化来说明减少农民数量的必要性,并提出相关建议。

An Empirical Study on the Reduction of Farmers Quantity and the Growth of Farmers Income——Take Anhui province as example

Increasing Farmers' income has already become the core of the problems relating to famers, rural areas and agricultural development in our country. However, since long ago, the growth problem of farmers' income has continuously puzzled our country's rural economy development. The author believes that the basic way to realize the growth of farmers' income is to reduce farmers' quantity. In recent years, "short of laborers" has told us that farmers' quantity can not be reduced blindly. We have to clarify the concept and types of farmers firstly in the new time and reduce the farmers' quantity step by step. Only then it has the practical significance. This article takes Anhui province as an example and explains the necessity of reducing the fanners' quantity from Anhui rural economic change, and it gives some correlation suggestions.
