| 摘 要： | 基于胜任力和成熟度两个范畴,提出了胜任力成熟度范畴,构建了与之相关的员工胜任力成熟度模型以及以其为基点的胜任力成熟度空间测度模型,并对其在员工培训、聘用评估上的运用做了验证性分析。
