上海工业劳动生产率增长因素分解及政策含义

摘    要:应用拓展的Nordhaus指数方法,将上海工业劳动生产率增长因素分解为纯生产率效应、鲍姆效应和丹尼森效应。利用2001—2011年上海27个主要工业行业的面板数据,测算了三大效应。结果表明,纯生产率效应是推动上海工业劳动生产率增长的关键因素;鲍姆效应和丹尼森效应对上海工业劳动生产率增长的贡献相对有限,主要原因在于工业各行业的劳动生产率存在较大差距、生产要素在工业各行业间的流动性不足。最后提出促进上海工业劳动生产率提高的政策建议。

Abstract:Using the expanded Nordhaus index method,this paper decomposes the factors of Shanghai's industrial labor productivity growth in to pure productivity effect, Baumol effect and Dennison effect. Then it calculates these three effects respectively by using the panel data of 27 major industries in Shanghai from 2001 to 2011. The results show as follows: pure productivity effect is the key factor promoting the growth of Shanghai's industrial labor productivity;the contributions of Baumol effect and Dennison effect are relatively limited, which is mainly due to the larger gap in labor productivity and the inadequate flow of production factors among industries. Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions for promoting the growth of Shanghai's industrial labor productivity.
