组织文化与隐性知识共享间关系的实证研究

摘    要:借鉴已有研究结果,将组织文化分为宗族型、活力型、市场型、层级型4种类型,构建组织文化与隐性知识共享间关系的研究模型,并利用我国重庆市184家企业的数据,运用多元回归对组织文化与隐性知识共享的关系进行实证分析。研究结果表明:宗族型文化、活力型文化对隐性知识共享有正向影响,市场型文化对隐性知识共享有负向影响。最后给出促进隐性知识共享的管理启示。

Abstract:Using for the reference from the existing research results,this paper divides organization culture into four types,namely clan,adhocracy,market and hierarchy,and builds the research model of relationship between organizational culture and tacit knowledge-sharing.Then using the data about 184 enterprises in Chongqing,it empirically studies the relationship between organizational culture and tacit knowledge-sharing by the multiple regression.The results show as follows:clan culture and adhocracy culture have positive influences on tacit knowledge-sharing behavior;market culture contributes negatively to tacit knowledge-sharing behavior.Finally,it puts forward some managerial implications to promote tacit knowledge-sharing.
