经济适用房投资额与商品房价格的动态关系

摘    要:基于VAR模型分析了经济适用房投资额与商品房价格之间的动态关系。Granger因果关系检验结果显示,经济适用房投资额与商品房价格之间存在双向的Granger因果关系;脉冲响应函数图像分析结果显示,经济适用房的投资在初期起到了平抑商品房价格的作用,但随后对商品房价格的上涨却具有推波助澜的作用。
