| 摘 要： | 运用博弈理论，首先研究了传统物流交易模式下物流企业信息策略的选择问题；并运用净现值方法，进一步分析了在第三方物流交易模式下如何实现第三方物流企业利益的最大化；最后得出了物流交易双方建立稳定的合作关系时贴现率的取值公式。 |
