| 摘 要： | 本文基于多层次灰色理论,对科技资源整合效果的综合评价问题进行了研究。将科技资源细分为人才、资金、设备、项目、成果及科技机构等6部分,并基于此构建了科技资源整合效果评价指标体系;针对指标所体现出的"灰色"特征,运用多层次灰色评价法构建了科技资源整合效果评价模型。最后,结合具体算例,阐明了对科技资源整合效果进行综合评价的必要性及意义。
