基于AHP法的省域旅游业综合竞争力发展水平动态变化研究——以山西省为例

为了定量研究山西省旅游业的竞争力发展水平的地区差异,本文从产业角度出发,建立了旅游业竞争力评价指标体系,并以山西省11个城市为研究单元,运用AHP分析法和Yaahp软件,采用面板数据,对山西省11个城市旅游综合竞争力进行了分析。结果表明:各城市的旅游现实竞争力、旅游发展潜力竞争力、旅游支持竞争力和旅游综合竞争力都有所提高,但增幅差别较大。太原、大同和晋中一直是山西省旅游综合竞争力发展水平最高的城市,在各个比较年份中,无论是竞争力评价指数值,还是其排名次序,始终都是居于前3位。太原市旅游综合竞争力发展水平的优势地位相当突出。从旅游综合竞争力发展能力变化看,2006-2008年间,大同、朔州、晋中、运城、忻州、临汾和吕梁的旅游竞争力发展速度高于全省平均发展速度,其中,运城发展速度最快,太原和阳泉发展速度几乎没变。在此基础上提出了促进山西省旅游协调发展的主要建议。

Evaluation Study on Provincial Tourism Competitiveness Dynamic Changes Based on AHP Method: A Case of Shanxi Province

In order to quantitative study the tourism competitiveness disparity, from the industrial point of view, the evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness is set up. The paper analyses on tourism competitiveness of 11 cities in Shanxi Province by the method AHP~ Yaahp. It shows in the following： tourism real power, tourism development potential, tourism supportive and tourism competitiveness have been increased, but the growth rates are different. Taiyuan, Datong and Jinzhong have been the highest levels cities of the tourism competitiveness , whether the tourism competitiveness index or the sort have been in the top three from 2004 to 2008. Taiyuan is quite prominent, in view of the change of the tourism competitiveness development capacity, Datong, Shuozhou, Jinzhong, Yuncheng, Xinzhou, Linfen and Luliang are above the average development speed from 2006 to 2008 , Yuncheng is the fastest, Taiyuan and Yangquan are almost unchanged. Finally, appropriate measures and strategies are put forward.
