| 摘 要： | 针对武器装备科研立项的特点,建立输入、输出指标体系,在考虑了输入、输出指标不确定性的情况下,建立了基于风险偏好的灰色DEA模型,并运用反映决策者风险偏好的θ定位规划求解模型。最后,结合武器装备科研立项的实际情况,定性分析了关键元器件供应等风险因素,通过仿真算例检验了模型的适应性。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the characteristics of initiated stage of scientific research on weapon equipment,this paper builds in-out index system and a grey DEA model with risk preference in which the uncertainty information is thought over.And then it uese the θ-orientation-programming to solve the model which can reflect the risk preference of decision-makers.Finally,according to the actual situation of initiated stage of scientific research on weapon equipment,it qualitatively analyzes the risk factors such as the supply of critical component,and validates the adaptability of this model through a simulation example. |
