农村公共服务满意度及其影响因素分析——基于陕西省32个乡镇67个自然村的调研数据

本研究选取陕西省关中和陕北地区的32个乡(镇)67个自然村作为样本,基于实地调研数据,采用因子分析法和二元离散选择模型,对农村公共服务满意度及其影响因素进行了实证研究,研究结果表明,农民满意度的影响主要来自道路、基础教育、医疗、农田水利设施、饮水设施、政府信用度、生活垃圾处理、年龄、村务收支状况等;农民人均年收入、文化娱乐对农民满意度有一定影响,但影响不大;农业科技推广与培训、农村清洁能源对农民满意度影响较小;农民满意度基本上不受被调查者性别、文化程度、家庭成员数等变量的影响;农民对农村公共服务的需求具有一定的层次性和阶段性,而农民满意度根据其需求状况具有一定的次序性。

An Analysis on the Satisfaction and its Factors of Rural Public Service-Based on a Survey of 67 Villages out of 32 Towns in Shaanxi Province

Based on the data from 67 villages out of 32 towns of Guanzhong and Shanbei regions of Shaanxi province,an empirical research is done on farmers' satisfaction and its influencing factors by using factor analysis and binary discrete choice model.
