| 摘 要： | 本文利用数据包络分析(DEA)以及面板数据模型对FDI流入在不同地区所引发的技术外溢效应进行了检验.检验结果验证了FDI技术外溢效应在我国不同地区之间具有相当的差异性,并且证实了影响FDI技术外溢程度的"门槛效应"的存在.在此基础上,我们通过实证检验进一步确定了影响FDI技术外溢效应的若干因素,并从经济发展水平、对外开放度、基础设施和人力资本状况以及地区经济结构四方面对引发积极技术外溢效应的"门槛"水平进行了具体的测算.

| Abstract: | Based on a panel data model and DEA,the paper focuses on the province level spillover effects of FDI inflow in China.As expected,it confirms that FDI affects the local technology progress differently in different provinces,and the threshold effects of economic development exist.We also empirically measure the threshold levels which ensure the spillover effects in several aspects,including economic development,economic openness,infrastructure,human capital and regional economic structure. |
