| 摘 要： | 混业经营渐成世界各国金融行业发展的趋势,在此背景下,金融控股集团应运而生,并成为影响金融市场稳定的重要力量.本文对金融控股集团的最新研究进展进行述评,总结金融控股集团所带来的规模经济效应、流动性支持效应以及业务协同效应,分析其运营过程中存在的基础风险以及风险传递的机理,并探讨其风险度量方法及监管方法,从而为金融控股集团的运营以及研究提供指导.

| Abstract: | Integration gradually becomes a trend of the financial industry around the world.Financial holding companies have thus come into existence as one important factor influencing the stability of the financial system.This paper reviews the recent literature,summarizes effects of scale economies,financial support and synergy,analyzes the basic risks and risk contagion mechanism,and discusses the supervision trend.Finally,we propose recommendations for academicians and practitioners. |
