The Evolution of the Social Network for Entrepreneurs in the Growth of Industrial Groups -A Model of"Net-casting"

An entrepreneurs' network is a kind of social capital of significance.This paper studies its evolutional law, finding out that the evolution of the social network is similar to a"net-casting" process. At the emerging phase of an industrial group, the network consists mainly of the strong link within limited regions; at the growing phase, of cross-regional links, while at the mature phase, of the strong links in wider geographical compass.
