| 摘 要： | 自主学习能力是新时代大学生培养的必然要求，而元认知能力的提高是培养自主学习能力的关键所在。本文从外语教学的角度对元认知能力的培养问题进行了战略反思，认为要有效提高学生的元认知能力，就必须提升学生的元认知意识，丰富学生的元认知知识，增强学生的元认知体验，提高运用元认知策略的技能等。

| Abstract: | Learning autonomy is necessary for college students in a rapidly changing society. The key to improve learning autonomy is to cultivate meta-cognition. This article is a strategic reflection on the cultivation of meta-cognition from the aspect of foreign language teaching. It proves that it is very necessary to increase meta-cognitive awareness, to enrich meta-cognitive knowledge, to strengthen meta-cognitive experience and to improve the techniques of using meta-cognitive strategies. |
