| 摘 要： | 独联体“多元化”的趋势已不可阻挡，俄罗斯在独联体的主导地位日渐削弱。中国必须关注独联体的新形势，因为独联体在安全、经济、政治和军事方面对中国具有重要的战略价值。中国应该对独联体奉行多边与双边并举的完整积极的外交政策，以促进中国的和平崛起。

| Abstract: | The tendency of diversification in the CIS is irresistible, and the dominant position of Russia is now being undermined. China must pay attention to the new situation of CIS, because of its important strategic value in the security, economic, political and military towards China. The country should positively pursue multilateral and bilateral foreign policy with CIS to promote its peaceful rise. |
