| 摘 要： | 近年来随着潮汕地区经济发展的延缓及经济建设过程中产生的道德问题，潮汕传统道德文化中的一些元素受到广泛的质疑及反思。本文从潮汕道德文化的形成过程，分析了潮汕道德文化中的传统儒性及海洋文化特点，并在此基础之上分析了潮汕人的人格特征及价值取向。继而通过分析以传统道德文化因素为基础的潮汕民性对经济建设的影响，以道德文化为视角，找出目前潮汕地区经济发展滞后及遭遇瓶颈的原因，并提出促进潮汕地区经济发展的战略思考。
