| 摘 要： | 本文立足于汇率市场化和人民币升值背景，从微观层面出发，以我国国际化经营企业为研究对象，从企业的经营活动、融资活动、投资活动三大日常经营业务入手，对汇率波动的影响进行了尝试性分析，进而提出了企业应对外汇风险的具体财务策略，希望能对我国企业应对外汇风险有所启示。

| Abstract: | Grounded on the more market-oriented exchange rate regime and the current exchange rate mechanism in China, this paper points out the influence of currency fluctuations on enterprises in China mainland from a micro perspective. With the review of previous studies, foreign exchange risk management techniques are discussed in terms of business operation, financing and investment of enterprises. |
