The theoretical annotation of "virtual economy" and the empirical analysis of Sino-US

Firstly,this article has expounded the theoretical annotation of "virtual economy" and analysed its development stages and inherent characteristics,then it specially has pointed out excessive expansion of virtual economy sometimes leads to financial crisis which has extremely large destructive power;it has analysed the development situation of virtual economic and its generant mechanism between China and USA in the empirical method ;Finally,the article has summed up the new characteristics of virtual economy under the new economy condition and brought forward some beneficial policies for the development of China's virtual economy.
