熵权模糊综合评判在商业地产后评价中的应用

摘    要:在进行商业地产后评价中,通过引入“熵权”概念,提出将评价指标的客观熵权与重要性的主观权重相结合,避免了传统的专家打分法的不确定性和随意性。建立熵权模糊综合评判模型,运用该模型对杭州湖滨商业街项目进行后评价,在实际运用中取得了满意的效果。
