| 摘 要： | 本文认为，包括计算机、数据库、网络通信技术在内的信息技术的发展和其在金融领域的广泛运用，便利资金供应、加快资金结算和支付、促进银行体系效率提高、促进金融市场发展等多方面的内容都促进了金融的发展，同时信息技术也为金融运行和监管提出了一些新的挑战，需要谨慎应对.
