Crisis Management: Common Understanding, Suggestion and Prospect

A common phenomenon of society,human life and enterprise is crisis,whose management is a ever-lasting topic of mankind.In this paper,taking management history as a background,referring to subject pattern,surmounting the bulwark of systems and ideology,cultural differences,looking at the uses of acronym critically,we have promoted a multi-subject view,analyzed crisis causes and explored the means of crisis management.While doing the research we also take history,philosophy and culture into account,reviewing management practice and looking into the future and starting logically from scientific management.
