中国民间商会研究述评

当代中国正在经历着一场深刻的社会转型.随着总体性向分散性社会形态的演变以及治道模式由统治向治理的变革,其所导致的标志性成果便是社会结构的变迁和社会组织功能的重塑.作为新兴的公共管理主体,民间商会是市场经济发展和政府职能转变的产物,在地方治理中发挥着提供服务、反映诉求、规范行为等多项功能,从而有效的弥补着市场和政府的双重失灵.然而就已有对民间商会的研究成果分析,却客观存在着数量偏少、视角狭窄、深度欠缺和方法单一等弊端,很大程度上难以为民间商会职能运行提供有效地理论指导和智力支持,也与民间商会日益重要的治理地位无法匹配.为此就必须对现有的研究成果进行梳理和评估,并在分析其理论研究缺失的基础上,找准民间商会理论探索目标和创新方向,通过科学地拓展研究视阈、合理地界定研究概念、规范地使用研究方法,最终指导和确保民间商会良性、健康之发展.

Review on the China Local Federation of Industry and Commerce in Governance

Modern China is undergoing a profound social transformation.With the change of society from overall to dispersion,as well as the model of management changing to governance,the most critical consequences brought about by the changes are the reconstruction of social structure and remodeling functions of the social organizations.As a new governance organization,China Federation of Industry and Commerce(abbreviation FIC)has increasingly embarked on the "front" of the social and public administration.It plays an important role on promoting market economy and administrative reform.However,as for the existing research,it is difficult to provide a considerable theoretical guidance and intellectual support to some degree.Therefore,the paper tries to sort out and evaluate the FIC’s research results and analyses the absence of literature.On this basis,to put forward the corresponding direction of innovation and find reasonable path to realize the functions of FIC.
