企业网络能力与技术创新——基于跨组织知识管理的实证研究

本文从企业网络能力对技术创新的影响机制展开分析,引入跨组织知识管理,提出了企业网络能力、跨组织知识管理与技术创新三者之间的关系假设.通过问卷调查和结构方程模型分析,对我国企业网络能力如何影响技术创新的问题进行了实证研究.研究结果表明,网络能力的结构对跨组织知识管理有积极影响,跨组织知识管理的结构对技术创新有显著的正向影响.本文认为,对于处于社会网络之中的企业而言,通过提升自身的网络能力,建立和优化内外网络关系,加强与其他组织之间的合作,实现跨组织知识管理不失为一条新的创新路径.

Enterprise Network Capability and Technological Innovation——An Empirical Research based on Perspective of Inter-organization Knowledge Management

Based on the mechanism of the enterprise network capability impact on the technological innovation,this paper has been carried on an analysis,introducing the inter-organizational knowledge management,put forward a relationship hypothesis between the enterprise network capability,the inter-organization knowledge management and the technological innovation.Through questionnaires and structural equation modeling analysis,we have been empirical studied a problem that how the enterprise network capability to impact on the technological innovation.The result is showed that the structure of the network capability has a positive impact on the inter-organization knowledge management,and the structure of inter-organization knowledge management has a significant positive impact on the technological innovation.The paper argues that through improved their network capability to establish and optimize the internal and external network relations,strengthen cooperation with other organizations to realize the inter-organizational knowledge management may be a new innovation path for some enterprises in the social nerwork.
