摘    要:本研究旨在了解当前在岗连锁店店长胜任特征水平现状,探讨优秀连锁店店长应具备的胜任特征.本研究以文献研究和企业信息为基础,采用关键行为事件访谈技术、形成能力特征清单;通过问卷调查,采用因素分析和相关分析方法、确定连锁店店长胜任特征要素,制订胜任特征评量表,描述连锁店店长岗位胜任特征;在研究过程中,采用实质性研究与量化研究相结合的方法,对连锁店店长胜任特征进行了实证研究.研究表明,连锁店店长胜任特征模型共包括三类9项:专业知识、管理能力、个性特征,其中管理能力包括团队领导、人际沟通、服务导向、安排工作,个性特征包括成就导向、自信心、自我控制、学习能力.在此基础上,针对连锁店店长的培训与开发,从培训原则、内容、技术与设计模块化培训课程及效果四个方面提出相关建议.

Abstract:This thesis aims to study the current qualified characteristics level of on-the-job chain store managers,to explore the qualified characteristics which excellent chain store managers should have.Based on the research of literature and the information of enterprises,we made a list of the characteristics ability by key behavioral events interview techniques.With the help of questionnaire,we also used factor analysis and other related analysis to determine the qualified characteristics of excellent chain store managers,make qualified characteristics evaluation table,and describe the qualified characteristics.This study researched the qualified characteristics of chain store managers through the combination of essential research and quantitative research in actual by the qualified characteristics model of chain store managers,professional knowledge,management ability,and personality.Management ability includes team leader,team cooperation,interpersonal communication,service orientation,and work arrangement.Personality includes self-confidence,self-control,and learning ability.On this basis,from training principles,training needs,training content,training technology,training course,and the evaluation of training effect,this paper analyzed the analysis and implementation of chain store manager training based on the qualified characteristics evidence.The study indicated that three types of qualities are possessed.
