| 摘 要： | 本文在知识管理的基础上，研究大型建设项目管理知识集成。首先对知识和知识管理进行阐述，结合大型建设项目的特点，提出项目管理知识集成的动因、涵义并建立了项目知识管理的模型。其支撑条件包括项目知识形态、知识管理方法框架、学习型组织模式和提高知识管理能力四个方面。
