摘    要:建筑业作为浙江经济的支柱产业对推动经济的发展起着巨大的作用。文章在提出建筑业发展和谐度概念后。从投入产出角度构建了浙江省建筑业发展和谐度评价指标体系。采用数据包络技术分析方法,根据1995~2006年浙江省建筑业相关统计数据,对浙江省建筑业发展和谐程度作出评价。研究数据显示,近10年来,浙江省建筑业产值不仅位于全国前列,而且其投入资源利用的和谐程度也很高;由于DEA方法不需要预先估计参数,在避免主观因素和简化运算、减少误差等方面有着不可低估的优越性,因此将该方法运用到建筑业和谐发展的指导中,具有现实、深远的意义。

Abstract:As a pillar industry of Zhejiang economy, construction industry plays a tremendous role to promote economic development. Firstly the paper defines the harmonious degree of construction industry development, then builds the evaluation index system of Zhejiang construction industry development's harmonious degree, from the view of input-output.The paper ranks Zhejiang construction industry development's harmonious degree by using DEA analysis methods, based on the datas in" Zhejiang Statistical Yearbook of construction industry" (1995-2006). Its conclusion plays an important reference to promote the development of Zhejiang construction industry. The research data show that about 10 last years, province building industry production value in Zhejiang is not only located on national and ex-row, and the harmonious degree of its devotion using of resource is also very high; The DEA method doesn't need to in advance estimate parameter, and has the superiority that can't underrate in the aspects of avoiding subjective factor and simplification operate, decrease error margin wait, so making use of the method to the building industry harmonious development has profound meaning.
