| 摘 要： | 由于地理位置、经济发展水平和城镇化模式的不同，新疆城镇化地域差异明显。本文利用城镇化不平衡指数，以新疆15个地、州、市为基本单元，在时间断面上，探讨了2007年城镇化与土地面积、总人口、国内生产总值、第一产业GDP、第二产＆GDP和第三产业GDP等社会、经济指标之间的不平衡性，在时间序列上，分析了2003～2007年相对于这些指标的城镇化不平衡指教变动趋势，并得出新疆各地、州、市城镇化发展中土地利用两极化、人口基数大、传统农业和服务业所占比重较大、城镇化滞后于工业化等结论。
