| 摘 要： | 我国电子信息产业规模已经位居世界前列,但是产业的自主创新能力还较弱,基本上还处于世界加工厂的位置。为了加快电子信息产业的自主创新步伐,需要吸引不同投资主体的社会资金源源不断地投入,但创新成果的产业化问题,是必须面对的课题。本文通过详细分析中国电子信息产业的自主创新活动,对提高产业化的效率和速度,提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | Our information industry which has few innovation ability is based in the factory's position even its industry volume has been the top level in the world.In order to absorb different kind's social capital continually and improve the innovation speed,how to expedite the industrialization is the key problem.The article gives some policy suggestions about improving industrialization efficiency and speed after analyzing the China information industry's innovation activity. |
