基于改进型QFD方法的订单型企业产能绩效评价研究

在进行组织绩效评价时，传统评价方法不考虑客户需求，往往使评价结果失去意义。以面向订单企业为研究对象，利用质量机能展开（QFD）方法中面向客户需求的思想，提出一种基于QFD的订单型企业产能绩效的评价方法。构建了客户需求和订单型企业产能绩效指标体系，利用粗糙集理论对其进行约简。在此基础上构造了质量层，并给出了绩效评价步骤。案例结果也表明了方法的有效性与实用性。

Evaluation of Capacity Performance in Make-to-order Company Based on Modified QFD
