国外研究性大学教学与科研互动经验及借鉴

《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020）》中明确指出：＂加快建设一批高水平大学,特别是一批世界知名的高水平研究型大学,是我国加速科技创新、建设国家创新体系的需要。＂在此背景下,从我国的基本国情出发,研究和借鉴发达国家高水平研究型大学建设及其成功实施教学与科研良性互动的有关经验,对于促进我国研究型大学的改革和发展,创建具有世界知名的高水平研究型大学,具有重要的理论意义与现实价值。因此,本文对国外研究性大学管理理念上重视本科教育,通过建立以探究为基础的教学体系、加强跨学科领域的通识教育、优化教师评估与激励制度,充分发挥科研对教学的辐射作用,以科研哺教学、以教学促科研,形成一个良性的科研、教学、学习的连结体,实现研究型大学教学与科研的良性互动与有机统一等经验进行了全面的归纳,并提出了借鉴思路。

International Experience of Interactions between Teaching and Research in Research Universities

Speeding up the development of a batch of high-level universities,especially world-renowned high-level research universities,is needed to accelerate China’s technical innovations and to build national innovation systems,according to National Medium-and Long-Term Program Outline for Scientific and Technological Development（2006-2020）.In this context,based on the national conditions,it is theoretically and realistically significant to research and learn related experience of building high-level research universities in developed counties and successfully implementing positive interactions between teaching and research,in order to promote the reform and development of research universities and to establish world-famous high-level research universities in China.Consequently,experience of positive interactions and the organic unity between teaching and research from advanced economies is comprehensively concluded in the paper,including valuing undergraduate education in management ideas,building teaching systems based on seminars,strengthening the general education in interdisciplinary fields and optimizing faculty evaluation and motivational mechanisms.Finally,some ways to learn are put forward.
