我国电网企业融资模式分析及对策建议

近年来我国电网企业投资持续升温,庞大规模的投资对于进一步加快电网建设,消除电网发展瓶颈,提升电网建设整体水平起到了至关重要的作用。然而从近年电网项目建设的投融资实践来看,存在的主要问题就是电网建设自有资金严重不足、融资渠道较为狭窄,这制约了电网建设的持续投入,使得电网建设严重滞后电源建设,电网的发展面临严峻的现实问题。本文从我国电网企业的融资环境、融资渠道及融资模式三个方面分析了我国电网企业的融资现状,进而对传统电网融资模式和新型电网融资模式进行了对比分析,以期为我国电网企业改善融资环境、扩宽融资渠道及选择合适的融资模式提供一些理论基础和对策建议。

China Power Grid Analysis and Advice of Corporate Finance

In recent years,investment of State Grid continues to heat up. Large-scale investment has played a crucial role in speeding up construction of power grid,eliminating the bottleneck network and raising the whole level of power grid construction. however,Judging from the practice of investment and financing in recent years,the main problem is a serious shortage in own construction funds of power grids and financing channel is relatively narrow. Thus,continuing input in grid construction was restricted. So the construction of power grid construction lagged far behind power supply construction. In this paper,our country＇s existing power grid enterprises have the financing environment,financing chanels and financing models to analyze three aspects of the financing of China＇s power grid enterprises the status quo,for the construction of China＇s power grid to improve the financing environment,widening financing channels and to find suitable corporate finance in China Power Grid financing model to provide theoretical foundation.
