基于系统基模的我国社会创业发展分析

社会创业作为开展社会创新，解决社会问题的一种新模式引入我国后，受到了社会各界的关注，但仍处在初级阶段，因而存在许多问题。本文运用系统基模分析方法针对我国社会创业中存在的问题，建立了非营利组织市场化的“成长上限”系统基模、自发性社会创业人才水平及运作能力“成长与投资不足”系统基模、自发性社会创业政府扶植及政策法规体系“成长与投资不足”系统基模和自发性社会创业理论研究与宣传力度“成长与投资不足”系统基模等四个系统基模进行了深入的分析，并运用系统思考的理论提出了解决问题的对策。
