| 摘 要： | 大型公益建设项目在全寿命周期过程中，存在这很多不确定因素，对项目的顺利进行和成功有着很大影响。本文试图建立一个全寿命周期的项目风险管理三维框架模型，时间维——大型公益建设项目全寿命周期，逻辑维——风险管理过程，知识维——风险管理工具和技术。
