| 摘 要： | 本文分析了当前企业信息化建设的现状及其面临的问题，提出了信息化建设和推进的过程中配合实施企业业务流程重构的必要性。并在此基础上，从思想观念、效果评价机制以及组织保障等方面具体阐明了信息化建设过程中业务流程重构的具体原则和措施。最后还描述了重构后企业业务流程的新特征。
