网络“瞪羚”创业者胜任力研究

近年来，随着网络经济的快速发展，网络创业成为推动经济发展的新型力量。网络“瞪羚”已成为新生重要力量，具有如下特征：网络经济的倍速效应和病毒式营销模式使网络“瞪羚”企业成长迅速，超越了传统经济和传统渠道下的发展速度；持续不断的创新；规模小，组织机构高效、灵活；经营模式多样；投资少，见效快。目前，网络经济处于迅速发展的初级阶段，很多成长型的网络创业企业都可以归属为“瞪羚”企业。高速成长和持续不断的创新使网络“瞪羚”成为网络创业的重主力，引领网络创业的潮流。本文通过研究，概括了网络“瞪羚”创业的5大类型：专业知识型创业、整合营销型创业、技术资源型创业、风险机会型创业和服务资源型创业。运用行为事件访谈法，提炼出12个维度的网络“瞪羚”创业胜任力及其特征，并指出创新力、学习力、营销力和服务力、诚信力将成为网络经济下创业制胜的关键因素。
