摘    要:社会经济发展迫切需要高校转变教育观念,以人为本,以社会需求为导向深化高等教育改革,研究创业人才培养新模式。本文在借鉴国内外先进的创业教育模式基础上,结合我国国情和创业人才培养要求,按照人才培养基本规律,提出高校多层次创业人才“2+1+1+X”培养模式,并从创业理论知识、创业实践能力、创业实战经验、创业辅导与跟踪扶持四方面,阐述了普及性、专业性和研究型多层次创业人才培养的组织和实施,提高创业人才培养效率。

Abstract:The socio-economic development of the urgent need for colleges and universities change their concepts of education, peopleoriented and demand-driven community to study the new model of entrepreneurial training. From domestic and international business educa- tion model for entrepreneurship education in China is still in its infancy and the initial stage of the conditions, combined with entrepreneurial talent with a start-up high quality, pioneering spirit of innovation, bold faith in the cause of training requirement and the characteristics of strong practical entrepreneurship education, in accordance with the basic law of personnel training from the theoretical knowledge, practical a- bility to the training experience, this paper raises a "2 +l +I + X" training model for multi-level entrepreneurial talent in colleges and uni- versities, expounds the organization and implementation of the universal, professional and research-based multi-level entrepreneurial talent training from four aspects such as the theoretical knowledge of entrepreneurial, practical entrepreneurship capacity, venture entrepreneurial experience, business counseling and follow-up support, to improve the efficiency of entrepreneurial talent training.
