| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，产业集群成为区域经济发展的新模式。为了提升整个产业集群和集群企业的竞争力，集群企业之间应开展广泛、密切的合作，加快知识共享进程，提高知识共享效率。本文在国内外学者研究基础上，分析了产业集群企业间知识共享的障碍，探讨了集群企业间知识共享程度的选择，并提出了产业集群企业间知识共享的促进策略。
